We do a lot of practical
terrain training, level surfaces are just no fun :)
The picture at the left is one of our rest stops from day 1 of our April Big South Fork Excursion. It's hard to tell from the picture, but the rock behind Robert is pretty much straight up and down. Funk just hopped up there like it was a foot high. Of course at the end of the 7 miles they didn't look quite this perky! Besides our weekly training, we try to get in a couple days of work at home as well, rain or shine.
